His on-camera presence, authenticity, and expertise make him ideal for culinary programming, lifestyle branding, and leadership-driven roles. He is also expanding into media, consulting, and food-based storytelling.

Chef Donna Maddox is a respected culinary professional with more than 40 years of experience in culinary operations, front-of-house leadership, restaurant training, and financial management.

Throughout her career, she has trained restaurant professionals, managed operations, and developed teams with a focus on excellence, consistency, and guest satisfaction. Her experience as a Corporate Trainer for Houston’s Restaurants helped shape her expertise in operational standards, leadership, and financial accountability.

Chef Donna also played an important role in Chef David Maddox’s culinary journey. As a young boy, David loved spending time in the kitchen watching her cook and learning about food. Rather than simply observing, Chef Donna put him to work, teaching him the importance of discipline, preparation, and excellence. Those early lessons became the foundation of the accomplished chef he is today.

As Chief Financial Officer and Culinary Consultant for Madd Cuisine, Chef Donna provides financial oversight, operational guidance, and strategic planning while helping preserve the family tradition of exceptional hospitality and service.
